Papercrane
Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, WordPress, and ShareFile all update by hand. Papercrane reads them as they stand right now and builds a dashboard from them, so you never have to export it again.

A screenshot in a slide deck, a CSV in an email, a PDF sent to a client: each one is right for exactly as long as it takes to send it. The sheet, the base, or the workspace keeps changing underneath the copy. Papercrane reads the source directly, so the dashboard is never a copy of anything. It is the file, live.

Google Drive
Files, Sheets, and Docs, often the same number saved in three places.
"Which file in Google Drive is actually right?"

Airtable
A base per team, a dashboard that reads more than one at a time.
"Can Airtable show data from more than one base?"

Notion
Every tracker lives in its own database until someone asks a question that spans all of them.
"What does your Notion tracker actually show, across every database?"

WordPress
The content is public; whether it is still working for you usually isn't.
"Which of your WordPress posts are still working?"
ShareFile
The client folders and signed briefs your reports wait on, visible without opening every one.
"The ShareFile report you don't have to upgrade for."
Each connection is read only and takes about a minute. Multiple sheets, bases, or sites can be connected and asked about together.
If the sheet you keep exporting into started life as a QuickBooks report, a Jira burndown, or a GitHub issue count, connect the source itself on the Other integrations page.
When you don't need us
If one sheet already answers everyone who asks and nothing else needs to sit beside it, Looker Studio is free and connects to Sheets directly; keep using it. If what you actually want is data flowing into your spreadsheet instead of out of it, a live CRM pull you keep editing around, Coefficient is built for exactly that. Papercrane reads these tools into a dashboard; it doesn't write back into them.

No one moved anything into one tool to get this list. Papercrane read each source where it already lives and joined the rows by name.
Your report doesn't have to be a copy of your data anymore.
